What should I bring or prepare?
You don’t need to prepare documents for the initial call. If you’d like, having a rough idea of your income, savings, and monthly debts is helpful. After the consultation, we’ll send a clear checklist if you choose to move forward.
Will this affect my credit score?
The consultation itself does not affect your credit. If we reach the point where it makes sense to pull your credit for a formal pre-approval, we’ll discuss that with you first and explain exactly what it means.
Can you also help with finding or selling a home?
